Digital Product Policy

Bloop sells digital products (personalized card links). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the card link has been delivered to your email.

When We Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • You did not receive your card link via email within 24 hours of purchase
  • The card link does not function properly due to a technical error on our end
  • You were charged but no card was created

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@bloopcards.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We will respond within 48 hours.

Lost Your Link?

If you did not receive your card link, please visit bloopcards.com/resend-link before requesting a refund. We can resend your link instantly.
